MEDIATION.

Mediation is a process wherein the parties meet with a mutually elected impartial and neutral person who assists them in the negotiation of their dispute. We provide for commercial and workplace mediation services to both public organizations and private companies and individuals involved in disputes. We then by using acquired skills encourage the parties to discuss and understand the issues so that they may work together to explore and consider various options and alternatives in order to find mutually acceptable solutions to their problems in a neutral environment. These solutions are determined by the parties themselves. Reaching a solution will usually involve some compromise on both sides in order to resolve the disputes.

Workplace

Workplace mediation: As experts in mediation, conflict resolution, negotiation, and group facilitation, we can draw from a variety of approaches to tailor a solution to your workplace matter. We look to resolve not only the problem that brought the matter to management’s attention, but also to begin to rebuild relationships, along with everyone’s capacity to effectively handle any future issues that arise.

Conflict Systems Design: As specialists in conflict resolution and avoidance we can advise and assist with the setting up and design of ADR systems for internal and external conflict resolution; hence the mediator and or neutral can also assist with consultancy assignments to develop organisational capability and capacity for resolving conflict including dispute systems design, introducing mediation, developing formal policies and procedures, establishing informal communication protocols and coaching managers and teams through change.

Arbitration

Arbitration can provide an early and cost effective resolution of most matters, using a process that can be designed to meet the needs of the parties. Arbitration can be final and binding, either through the use of an arbitration clause in an existing agreement, or through an arbitration agreement, agreed to by the parties after a dispute arises. After an arbitration hearing is requested, Resolution Experts will determine what kind of substantive expertise the parties require in an arbitrator to assist them to resolve their dispute.

Early Neutral Evaluation

We provide opinions in respect the use of ADR. A Neutral case evaluation is a process in which a neutral examines all the evidence and gives his opinion of how the case will turn out. Cases can easily be trapped in protracted litigation when a party or their representative mis-evaluates the case.
